I have some green onion in my amazon cart and I'm debating buying it or not. I haven't had it in years so I can't really remember what is tastes like. I grew it 5 years ago, I can't remember much other than when I harvested it lol

I wouldn't.why waste your valuable bok choy real estate? chives can be used as a substitute for green onions in most cases anyway

do you eat it plain? is it fine to have raw, like in salads? what meals do you put it in/pair with?

I mostly just snacked on it last year when I was outside and didn't want to go inside but it would definitely go well in a salad
