The Bread Thread - including quick breads, gluten-free and grain-free

Today I filled my bread machine for a loaf. Good bread but "just" bread. It was kneading, close to done and I spotted a jar of "everything bagel" seasoning. I shook about 1/2 tsp onto the moving bread dough -- it mixed maybe another min.

Try it!! Very tasty, not overpowering. Now I'm thinking egg salad would be good, sliced ham & cheese. 😋 And another loaf. :lol:

Just tossing it out there for your taste buds.

Long story... but we haven't eat storebought or restaurant breads for almost two years now. She stores her excess homemade breads in the freezer, so they don't mold "freezer stash". Yes she has also gotten very good at baking, all kinds of breads and crusts over the past two years.

She also has a sour dough starter she's been feeding. It's just about ready, I'm highly anticipating :)
