As someone else mentioned... Why are people allowed to have dogs but not chickens?! Many, many people can keep chickens without neighbors ever knowing about them, try doing that with a dog!

I would PAY my neighbor to get rid of her dogs and put in coop. She has these pit bulls that snarl and bark and yelp like they are trying to kill each other. ALL. DAY. LONG.
