I have no freeze dryer but, any thoughts on dehydrating zuc almost fully, mixing ingredients and baking into crackers???

They sound really good!!

Yes, it is wet -- which is why a suggested partial dehydrate before baking crackers. I'll give it a go when garden is growing.👍

i'd be really afraid to try doing eggs that ways and i wonder what the texture and flavor is like on the fine scale of things since i seem to notice a lot of strange things that others don't seem to mind.
