Sounds tedious! But sometimes tedious chores are also calming chores. I have nothing against that!
i like tedious and tactile - pretty much anything that most people would consider OCD would be something i probably enjoy. i've already done a lot of the initial sorting so what comes next is more like cleaning up what i missed from before and combining beans that are likely one variety into their own containers instead of having multiple containers and getting rid of bits of whatever that don't belong if i'm ever going to eat them (most will be either planted or eaten eventually).
as things are going though i'm not likely to be doing too much seed swap work this year. i will continue some of the seed library work but mostly it is quiet and i'm not looking to travel to events. after last year's event i decided it was too much for too little (as much as i did enjoy talking to people about beans) and i didn't want to go the way things are being taken (more commercial vendors, more crafts, not primarily a seed swap) by those who've put on events.
Boo for snow though... I'm glad, for the most part, I can enjoy it through other folks pictures, lol. That's enough for me.
haha, that reminds me of a project i didn't get done. not likely to be doing it this winter either...
going to be cold and snowy for the next several days but we're not planning on going anywhere so i'll probably not shovel until tomorrow at the soonest and maybe Sunday or Monday depending upon if there are chances of warmth at all or sunshine through clouds peeks out.
cold nights and some breezes.
