:he Could they be overweight? Sometimes if they have too much internal fat, they won't breed. But after raising a litter, they shouldn't be hauling a bunch of fat around. :idunno

Idk. I don't think they are too fat. But they ain't skinny like a doe is after back to back litters.

I'm gonna Wien the bunnies and move them to their own cages. Then I'm going to try taking the buck to the doe instead of doe to buck

ok I switched the bunnies to their own cages and tried breeding the 2 reluctant does by taking the buck to the doe. One was still reluctant but the other was receptive.

So 2 does are bred now and one to go! I'm gonna try again tomorrow

Nice rabbits. I like that you use all wire cages. They are so much cleaner than wood and wire hutches.

Yes but don't use 1/2x1/2 hardware cloth for the bottom. It wont last. I need to replace the floor in one cage soon. Instead use 1/2x 1 inch heavy duty stuff .

Finally got the other doe to breed. She wasn't very receptive. But he did fall off once. We will see how she does.
