Threading is using thread to remove eyebrow and facial hair.
I watched a tutorial on YouTube and tried it. It works but hurt a bit.
I know it's gaining in popularity but it also seems to fit in with self sufficiency and frugality if you can learn to do it for yourself. Maybe even a bartering skill down the road.

I had never heard of it until you mentioned it and went on youtube and looked it up.

I think it's definately a handy skill to know...I'm gonna give it a try.

Hopefully, I don't snatch myself bald. :fl

I'll let you know how it goes.

The female inmates use this method. I could ask my students if any of them know how.

Yea, I can't see them letting tweezers into a prison environment.

My SIL tried this over her upper lip and said it was pretty painful there compared to her eyebrow. She wants to try it again with oraljel or other numbing agent.

And what's really funny is-- There was a free lazer hair-removal ad at the top of this thread when I read it! Those sneaky advertisers!
