But... golf isn't my sport, so not interested.

If Mr. Woods is indeed in rehab, I suspect it would be a 12 step program and that this is his fifth step, in which admitting your problems to the people affected is a requirement. I don't think this was so much about PR as about a step in his rehab. Course that is just my opinion.

ok i love a good scandal... so i watched! and i liked it. he was good about telling them that the wife didnt attack him, that the media needs to leave his kids alone, that it was his fault, that he was sorry he let everyone down....and no they werent going to talk about the gory details.

he gets a good solid 'B' from me.
