I guess with everything being so new, I'd give the well guys a call.

Was the well pipe-lined? If so, how far down? That strata report would show if there was any danger of any loose-type soil.. :idunno

Just trying to figure out any possibility.

I will never buy another house in Ohio without checking this information. The casing only goes down 25 ft. (casing length 27ft, with 2 ft above ground. Any potential issues here? :barnie

Oops, saw that you posted the casing. that depth gets you down into the shale... nothing looks questionable there.
