'useful dog' moment

My cat brought in a big, fat vole once (alive). , I was raising a lab to be a guide dog, at the time. So, as I am trying to catch the vole- in the commotion, the lab swallows the darn thing whole!! Right down the gullet! The things that dogs consider food!!

I wish my dog would kill mice! the only dead mice around here die of natural causes!!

lol, im lucky then, my female cat will only bring me items shes beheaded...

My cats eat the heads off of everything too. I found a dead "something" laying smack in the middle of our garden path last week. It consisted of a body and a face. The head was gone. Such a nice find when I'm going out to weed.
