We got a few jars up, not enough of course but we are getting there. 7 Pints of Tomato Pieces, and a pint of juice.

I got some unexpected company The twins are here, possibly staying the night, their cousin is at the hospital having a baby girl, and everyone has gone to see her They may wind up staying the night.

I sold two hens and 50 chicks today, and have a pair of ducklings sold as well. LOVE farm sales!

Yay! We have a 5 pound 12 ounce healthy baby girl! No name yet She's still thinking on it. The baby wasn't due for 3 more weeks.

And the kids will be gone before bedtime.

I am so sick of teenager angst. I am tired of the boyfriend. I am tired of the whiney. 2 or 3 times a week seeing each other just isn't good enough...okay, here's a clue........GET A JOB AND GET A FRIGGIN LIFE AND YOUR OWN CAR. I am tired of being a taxi! And I am tired of them taking "NO" to mean, well, let's ask a different way, or change the plan to exclude why they said no to begin with and see if we can manipulate a yes out of them. If we pester enough we might get what we want and it doesn't make sense we don't get it anyway because the ENTIRE WORLD revolves around us seeing each other EVERY DAY

I think children should be beaten daily for good measure between the ages of 14 and 22..possibly/probably longer.

So, apparently I'm not the only one who has ever had that problem

Honestly, it's the boy, not DD so much. DD knows when we say no, we mean it, generally speaking, though she does have her moments, they are a rarity. The boy calls ME One of these days..... Today he caught me with my hands full of groceries getting into the car I just about lost it on someone else's kid :/ Every teen has entitlement issues nowadays, but that boy is awful, and his momma pets him DD, if she has a brain cell left in her head, will get sick of him guilt tripping her into asking too often, and the sooner the better!

UGH...teenagers!

So the rest of the day has been okay. I am making DD a cheesecake, which is her favorite, because I FINALLY found a recipe that can be made MSG free I got grocery shopping done, and got lunch done, and got eggs for the bator, sold a couple ducklings, and......well that's it. I still have to make a trip to the Dollar store and cook dinner, but that's it DD is mad at us, but she'll get over it.

My dog, for the past week HAS to be under my feet. I have stepped on her at least a dozen times lately. She is like tripping over a speed bump, but she insists on being right next to me for some reason lately. She whimpers when I leave the house, and watches me from the window when I'm outside. She is sooooo clingy! I hope she's okay I dunno why she is doing it. I have always been her favorite person from since she was a pup, but wow is she getting worse in her old age She won't even go out to pee without me for the last few days. She holds it until I get home, and will go out with me.
