Thanks everyone! I go back to the doctor tomorrow for a check. Hoping to see the heartbeat, we saw it on ultrasound because of the problems I was having but I really want to hear it! :lol:

I delivered 10 Golden Sex link chickens today and got $70. They were from Meyer Hatchery and were part of my minimum order. I was very happy with that. I also pulled out the non-layers from the hen house and have a friend coming to get them on Sunday to butcher. Being pregnant I am just not in the mood to butcher them this time. I am also not in the mood to feed chickens that refuse to lay. :rolleyes:

That's good! :thumbsup Yeah, pregnancy and raw chicken don't mix!

I've gotten much stricter with my flock too. With the cost of feed, I have to focus on production. If they don't put out, they go to the pot!

Yeah, me too. I have come a long ways over the years, at first they were all pets but now they are income and food. :)
