Want to send a pm, but

I want to send a pm, but I am getting a message that my in-box is full. When I look at my messaging page, it says that I am at 25%. How is that full?

Can someone advise?

if you are sending, then it is the other person's box is full
they need to delete the old

but check your SENT files and see if those need to be deleted

Yup, if you don't uncheck the "save this message" when you send it's your sent box that's full. I do it all the time!
