I see a very spoiled goat in Quail's future! ;)

Quail, she is simply adorable! Very beautiful coloring and sweet, dear face. Aren't babies irresistible? Congrats on all the babies on your place....are you going to have any trouble keeping everyone warm until they get some fur and feathers?

How sweet. This sure is making my wait for goats seem like forever. And baby pips too. You are the fortunate one today.

We shouldn't. I keep the chicks in my livingroom under a brooder until about 4 weeks. Then they will go outside into the coop brooder DH built me.

Mama and baby goat went in the barn on their own towards evening. We checked on them a little while ago, made sure they had plenty of straw, and Mama had Nugget all toasty warm! With a full little belly! We are going to pick up more straw tomorrow, just incase ya know? lol

I am actually staying up late tonight because we heard coyotes out there already, and I am gonna protect my Nugget tonight with a shotgun if I have to!

Working on uploading hatch pics!
