For my area, not truly "late"...just a touch slow. Some who are in warmer climes just make me THINK I'm further behind. 😁 A reality check helps me feel better. Same for many of us who are feeling like we're slacking.....when I'm still able to grow into Nov, others will wish they could.

So, now that I've bolstered my feelings, I need to till!!!!!!:lol:

Sorry about the ice. It'll warm soon.

Crisp 48 this morning. 75 now. I've had my share of ice for this yr, until Dec.

Ice not really an issue. Our last frost is typically around May 10. In the cold frame, plants are sprouting, but not putting on much growth. Lettuce, peas, carrots, spinach, kohlrabi, radish... I can't wait till i get those first salads.

Whippersnipping for me. Did as much as I could before the battery cut out, but it was a good chunk so I was happy. Then cut some big branches down from the lilly pilly tree that were overhanging the car port and dumped them over the fence for the ducks to forage in. Did a bit of watering but I really hope we get some rain overnight. Feels like a storm is coming, it was quite warm tonight when I came in.
