What did you do in your garden today?

yesterday wasn't as much weeding as i'd have liked but i did get a groundhog hunted and buried and then i plugged up the hole to the burrow and removed the trap i'd set and as part of that i had to get some rocks pulled out of the mud of the ditch and put back into place and ... hopefully there will be no more groundhogs in that spot this season or the next few. dunno for sure - i don't know if the groundhog i hunted was the one that has a different burrow off to the north side (which goes under the weed pile), but i hope so - i won't go through the trouble of plugging up that burrow because i don't want to spend the time only to find out it really isn't gone yet...

Got more of the butterfly garden dug out and new dirt dumped. Almost there. Getting the windmill up was a great milestone for me.

The past two nights, we have had scattered frost. Now glad I am behind on the veggie beds.

After several days of up and down weather, I was finally able to use a hose end sprayer to fertilize my veggie beds.
