Humph! Wish I could sell some eggs; nobody seems interested in buying duck eggs though. I have 2 customers who will buy a dozen eggs every couple of weeks. The ducks are laying between 5 and 6 every day however, and I can't keep up. DS is allergic to duck eggs so on top of all that, I still have to buy the occasional dozen chicken eggs. Our dogs get an egg a day each, and I try to fix eggs regularly, but I still have about 6 dozen sitting around right now. I have dehydrated some for use this winter, and I guess I'll have to start feeding some back to the ducks now, if I don't want to throw them away. I have started coating the clean eggs with a thin film of oil to preserve them for longer since I don't have room in the refrigerator for all of these. The oil keeps them fresh for over a month at cool room temperature.
