What did you do to save $ today?

How much electricity can you produce w/it, and how much wood do you use?

It should be able to run up to 15-20hp generator. It would be more than enough for a house or small farm. I just finished it so haven't went beyond a 15hp motor. I think it will eat up about 20lbs of processed wood an hour. I process the wood to about 1- 1 1/2" blocks

Today I...

Planted 31 more paste tomato plants

Worked like a dog in the kitchen and tool room

Made a new sourdough starter

Entered an ad for free building supplies in local paper

Hello all! Buff has been quite preoccupied, but is back to normal now.

Today I was not as productive, but continued cleaning the kitchen which was a big job. I also made some fresh rolls, and worked on the sourdough starter. Now I'm getting ready to work on the tool room some more after supper.

Doing patches to recent reinstall of Windows, so I can continue job search. Using phone, joined a Missouri Homesteading Facebook page, so we can get to know area better. Getting some good times on where we can save on price of homestead, and not have to worry about live stock issues.

Went to the hay auction. Got 51 bales for a total cost of $127-much cheaper than if I had bought it from CL, the feed store or wherever.

Here is my lawn tractor running on wood. Now I will need to build attachments to generate electricity and process wood, etc.
