I have a acre of corn to pick tomorrow. Kinda sorta a trade with a neighbor. Really weird complicated deal. Something about helping catch horses and chickens...I'm too tired to remember now. Guess i'll re figure it out in the a.m. :p

Maybe you're going to ride the horses to catch the chickens?

I used $28 worth of coupons yesterday on $200 worth of groceries that were ALL sale items to begin with. So technically I saved about $75 off my grocery bill for the month.

I live close enough to work to go home for lunch. I don't, so that saves me gas money everyday.

Yesterday the boyfriend picked up four HUGE bags of hardwood shavings from the forestry department at work. It equals to at least eight bags of shavings from TSC, saving me about $45. :D

Yesterday I spent over $15 on just 10 hotdogs and chili, so today, I am making my own batch of chili. I think I did spend about $40 in supplies for it, but I'm now processing 5 pints and 6 quarts, so that a whole lot of future hotdogs. I'm pretty sure I can make about 7 or more hotdogs with chili with a pint. I'm only processing because I don't want to put them in the freezer and add to the freezer confusion/clutter.

Made baby food puree from squash out of the garden, froze into cubes for small servings) and made reusable sandwich wraps and snack baggies for on the go lunches.
