Nothing yet.. But, goats are due soon which means I'll be milking again! I'll be ordering kefir grains so we can get to fermenting some of that delicious goat milk!

Just an FYI...

5 lbs shredded weight fits nice, packed into a 1 gallon crock to ferment. 5 lbs post fermented, fits nice into 7 pint size canning jars.

Edit: correction 7 pints.

So I bought Ball ferment lids & springs...2 of each in a box. I want some kraut but, enough to for one not the neighborhood. Before end of month, I'll get something going
