What was breakfast this morning??

A baked sweet potato.

i'm sure that was better than mine in terms of nutrition.

i had another round of oatmeal, chocolate, peanut butter and a few cashews for chew/texture.

i still got a few lbs of old oatmeal to get used up (it's been around the house for a few years now) so this cold weather is a good time to get that done.

Coffee, grapefruit juice and a couple of freshly pulled carrots from the garden. Yum!

taco goulash. Mom was making taco salad for people and had some left over meat (well actually i made it for her) so i put some of it in with some macaroni and tomatoes.

Broke the routine with a few pieces of bacon. I have link sausages and bacon pre cooked in freezer, so I can just pop in the microwave and heat up.
Oh, and coffee, of course.

Coffee -- of course! -- and some of those little chocolate covered donuts. Broke all roles but tasty
