Here's what I had for breakfast this morning. Homemade biscuits & gravy, ham steak and fresh from the chickie butt eggs w/ tomatoes on top. It looked so good I grabbed the camera.

To bad we don't have scratch and taste computer moniters.

Doc appointment this morning - ugh. No food will enter my mouth until after the anxiety inducing step onto the scale, lol. ARGH! I have dropped the 5 lbs that I put on recently.

Hi Farmer Jamie, no, it's not a chaffle, just pasture raised eggs on top of a protein waffle. One of my favorite recipes.

Coffee....out the door. Been bush hogging. Time for lunch! Looking like a bacon & tomato sandwich will be it 😁

i've been smelling beans for the past several hours since we put on two three gallon pots which are topped off. will be turning them into baked beans today.
