This morning we are keeping it simple and having Frosted Flakes.

We had oatmeal w/ strawberries and bananas on top, OJ, coffee. Ate out on the back porch...

breakfast this fine sunday morning was french toast, my whole hog sausage, my fresh fried eggs and orang juice.

Tony and Nicole love a big breakfast on Sunday, I just had an egg and small piece of sausage. French toast goes directly on the hips to me..HA HA

off to mom and dads. Dad's birthday today so going over and having fun...fresh salmon caught by the neighbor's friend on the grill tonight. He takes a big fishing trip and brings back yummy whole salmon.

A scoop of icecream with nearly equal amount of freshly picked blackberries followed by icecream with a banana and chocolate sauce.
