Doc appointment this morning - ugh. No food will enter my mouth until after the anxiety inducing step onto the scale, lol. ARGH! I have dropped the 5 lbs that I put on recently.

Hi Farmer Jamie, no, it's not a chaffle, just pasture raised eggs on top of a protein waffle. One of my favorite recipes.
