What's for dinner?

cheese, crackers, hot sauce, carrots, chocolate, peanuts... very healthy. not too munch of any of it.

Boston butt cooked yesterday....plus carrots, potatoes, onions. Today meat becomes BBQ. Extra boiled potatoes become potato salad. 👍. There will be some BBQ to freeze....

spaghetti-o's today. Mom asked if i wanted to fry burgers today, but we had tuna yesterday and i don't want to do anything at all. meat every day is too much for me. meat twice a week is better. she's more of a carnivore than i am.

breakfast will be a few hardboiled eggs with hot sauce on them and a slice of boston brown bread and butter.

Made lentil soup and included some of the pork shoulder from yesterday. Cornbread to go with.

it was simple meal tonight apples with peanut butter. apples were McIntosh which should have been eaten a few weeks ago but they'll be ok for a bit longer until i can finish them off. there were also some Golden Deliscious that were, um, yucko to me, but Mom will eat them. she got the Macs for me.

about to turn into a pumpkin, time to sign off and contemplate the inner sides of my eyelids for a while...

Went all out with lamb chops last night. About a once a year thing. Small pkg was on sale a while back. Pulled from my freezer yesterday. Some fried apples and brussel sprouts on side. That'll be it for another year on lamb.🥱

Thinking leftover veg soup tonight. Warm, heat and eat meal for after work.
