Cauliflower cheese tonight. I try to put something homegrown in every meal, even if its not the main ingredient. This one only had spring onion, but at least I snuck something in there. I have a bunch of parsley plants that I should use before they go to seed, kicking myself that I didn't think to put it in!

Sausage patties...cooked a couple extra to heat for breakfast. I'll throw one on a toasted english muffin, cheese, maybe egg 🤔 depends how I feel then. Quick! Coffee pot set up, just push button. I'll do feed chores will it drips thru....then to work....short day, early start.

macaroni and tomato chunks. warm up, put a bit of butter on top. then after eating that a bit of cottage cheese. simple fare. :) we've been baking and cooking a lot this past week so i'm quite happy with this sort of one-dish meal.

One of my easy go-to meals: Stewed tomatoes, a blob of cottage cheese (maybe even some sharp cheese ALSO) and a good size serving of lima beans. All in the same bowl. Total yummy!
