Last night had iceberg lettuce, sauteed onion and garlic, with Pollock fish. Also, home-pressed organic almond oil for the dressing!

Chicken a la king chicken casserole thing. Wife is pleasantly surprised at the canned chicken, smell, taste, and texture. She is sometimes very particular, so this is huge.

NY strip steak, Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes and gravy.

We were at the Costco Business Center and picked up a primal. I have all the fat trimmings to render down now.

Have a muscovy duck in the freezer that I'm going to pressure cook either tomorrow or Sunday. With sweet potato and broccoli sounds good.

ham and bean soup. we have a lot of beans and bean soup in the freezer than we need to use up so today was a choice between beans for bean burritos or bean soup and since we have more bean soup than beans i would rather use that up first.

Eggs - we don't eat enough eggs around here. Kinda silly since we have so many. Egg salad happened today so I'm guessing we'll munch on that and not have a more structured dinner.
