I made caramel from sweetened condensed milk and we ate it with apples. I didnt save leftovers - I ate too much!

I'm going to attempt some asian flavored chicken lettuce wraps tonight.

we have part of a pan of baked spaghetti to finish off. i'll doctor it up a bit as i like things with more sauce and i also want some heat so the hot sauce will go on it too. mayo and hot sauce is rarely a bad combination to me.

Took a whole chicken from freezer. Thawing to bake tomorrow....heat house, eat well a few days.

Doing ham for Thanksgiving, so this isn't going to run into a week of turkey!
