We normally make one big pie but I think I prefer the mini pies. We'll do them in little custard dishes

with Mom having made blueberry muffins which are kind of like cornbread we took some frozen hot dogs out (my brother grilled them for us several months ago) and so had something that was close enough to a corn dog with mustard. the blue berries didn't detract at all...

Ya'll are nothing if not creative! I wouldn't have thought to do that.
However - it reminds me of this past Christmas. My DIL's mother was bringing the stuffing and she mixed up the little boxes of cornbread mix with boxes of blueberry muffin mix. Um.... I gotta say that blueberry flavored stuffing wasn't a huge hit, lol!

Saw a video cooking frozen steaks in the air fryer. Going to try that tonight.
