i love crispy orange chicken or beef. sounds good to me for brunch. :) i'll have to imagine it as i steal a few french fries from Mom.

last night i had a large cinamon roll with frosting on it for dinner. i'd not had much to eat all day so i was within my calorie budget (likely not true, but leave me alone with my dillusions ok? :) :) :) )

my problem with food is that pretty much everything is really yummy and i'm not very picky. i've managed to hold my own in recent times by doing things by halfs and then going and keeping busy to distract me from thinking about eating more.

i have not yet gotten back into the donuts today - so i can tell myself "You're being a good glutton and have only had half a donut for each of these two days but you just happened to have both halfs yesterday"...

had a slice of bread with peanut butter for breakfast along with some apple slices. lunch was a can of sardines in mustard sauce, a few french fries, some peanuts and blueberries, a glass of chocolate milk and a few of those veggie straws that didn't taste like too much of anything but that's ok they were crunchy.

supper tonight will be some onion, tomato, mushroom and asparagus soup along with some crackers.

when i'm not doing much gardening i'll try to keep my calories down but the other day i sure felt like eating pretty much everything in the house that wasn't nailed down. luckily my teefers couldn't do that very well so that spared me some roughage...
