What's for dinner?

today was sloppy joes from the freezer warmed up, i added a bit of sriracha sauce and some green dragon sauce too to it to give it a little heat and spice. it was a bit soupy and we had some Fritos to put in there and i also added a piece of bread broken into bits. dessert was a square of chocolate and a few peanuts.

yes, i'd rather have pot roast...

Today....pinto beans & ham. Ham chunk from freezer, beans canned 2022. Yummy& fast.

Last night, wife made a pot pie type dish in the slow cooker with gnocchi added at the end. Very tasty.

Fast beef stew...leftover roast & potatoes, added a pint of canned carrots, I thickened up sauce like a gravy. Tasty leftovers

Orange chicken again. Hubby has been really happy about it.

Fried chicken livers, rice & peas. Yummy good. Gave a plate to DS and I have one for breakfast.
DW loaded, so that chores all done,too. Relaxing now.

Shrimp fried rice. I used frozen pink salad shrimp as they are about half the sodium of regular shrimp. It was ok. Cant use as much soy sauce as would be best

very simple here, cheese, crackers, hot sauce. we cooked yesterday some split pea and ham soup and that was good and we'll be having that tomorrow for lunch with cole slaw, biscuits and stuffed potatoes.
