What's for supper???

I've had to make a change in our menu plan for today. I just wasn't feeling myself this morning and didn't get the beans cooking. My Dh will be late so we'll have either grilled cheese sandwiches or cheese quisadiallas (sorry for the bad spelling).

The Man and I are splitting a porterhouse steak, plus steamed green beans, and for him garlic mashed potatoes. I'll have to pass on the carbness.

 

[Wildsky]

Fresh beef liver, smothered in onions, with a side of mashed 'taters and gravy. As a matter of fact, I AM a hillbilly.

Add some crispy fried bacon and I'll be there in a couple of hours!

I just put our silkie roo in the oven. This is the first time I am cooking up a purple skinned chicken
We will have leftover brown rice, green beans that I froze last summer and blackberries with yogurt for desert. The blackberries are also from the garden. I'll let them thaw a bit and add enough sugar to sweeten them a little more, then add a nice dollop of full cream yogurt
