What's Your Favorite Comfort Foods?

I'm sure all of us have at least one preferred comfort food. Here's my top three.

My favorite is a strawberry jam sandwich on caraway rye bread.
It sounds absolutely hideous but the flavors work well together.

Second favorite is SPAM and cheese pilaf.
It's my version of Spamaroni and cheese but I like Thai rice better than macaroni.
Broiled cubed SPAM cooked with Thai rice. After rice is finished add Velveeta and stir to melt.

My third is chocolate cheesecake in an Oreo crust with a buttery milk chocolate shell poured on to the top. Best served with a glass of extra strength chocolate milk.
