I just took an online test to determine my "real" age.

My calendar age is 30 year 4 months...but my "real" age, which I guess measures how your body is aging by your health and level of activity, is 27 years 3 months!

I thought it was pretty neat. Wondered if anyone else knows their "real" age?

I love that site! My calendar age is nearly 35. My RealAge is about 28.

Hey, turning 30 was a rite of passage...no one's allowed to call me a baby or wee babe anymore!

Apparently, I need to start taking better care of myself. Calendar Age: 30 turning 31 in 2 weeks. Real Age: 37.3. No wonder I feel like crap all the time.

I'm 51, real age says I'm 46. Guess I need to exercise more.

I took it. Well, I tried. It doesn't have my year on it, I'm 16, apparently too young, so I chose a year that made me 20. RealAge is 24.. so I assume my real RealAge is 20.
I must be doing something wrong?

I'll blame it on second hand smoke and arthritis. Lol.. but maybe I shouldn't be complaining though, could be worse.

Since I eat a high fat diet with lots of red meat, I am sure the test would tell me I am already dead :D

Of course, the test is slanted to promote a certain lifestyle. Nevermind that the recommended lifestyle made me obese, prediabetic and hypertensive. Ignoring government recommended advice to eat plenty of grains, cut fat and exercise like and insane person is what lead to my weight loss, elimination of diabetic symptoms and cured my high blood pressure.

Pass the steak and butter :D
