Oh ye of youngish years.....I get to go on medicare this year - yep in September... can't wait, but boy do I feel old........ At least I get to keep drug coverage with my current insurance and my youngish husband gets to stay on that insurance until he catches up with me....

My post makes no sense after reading the others that posted before it. Sorta like my life, I guess.......

I got perfectly regular after my hysterectomy. I have one ovary so i have hormone cycles still. I was never regular before!

My periods went from very regular and not bad at all, to closer together, lasting longer, spotting also and more ache-y. This was for the last couple years of them.

I haven't had one since last summer though, so I guess it's pretty much done. The good part is hot flashes were almost nothing. I've heard that vegetarians hit menopause earlier ( I'm 46) but have an easier time with it. Seems true.
Hope this wasn't TMI .
