They get "Yuge" - I started of with RIRs - BO are a much tamer chicken than RIR are.
I have one BO / RIR mixed roo. He's a beautiful rooster and gentle as can be. My granddaughter loved on him almost daily.

I won't be butchering the BO RIR roo as I have 2 young BO RIR mixed hens to go with him.

Oh yeah! I take a metal meat mallet and beat it to jelly, season it, flour it up and drop in hot grease. YUM!
