It's a type of iron-on interfacing. I'm not sure exactly what it is, except that there's no stretch to it at all.

It is called stabilizer and is a non-woven "fabric" that does not stretch in any direction. Alot of times, you will see it on the inside of a shirt that has a stitched logo on it.

Knitted DS4's winter hat today. Better early than never.

Untangled and balled up a big skein of yarn. I know someone who loved something I made with this yarn, so I'm thinking a scarf for her will use most of it up.

I made the scarf today. It's an infinity/mobius scarf made in mistake rib knit stitch and crocheted picot edge. I think I have enough yarn left over to make a newborn hat.

I think knitting is a little faster than crochet. I was using size 15 needles and bulky yarn, so that speeds it up a lot!

I should probably at least try to learn "someday." It's amazing how many things I want to accomplish "someday" when I retire, lol.!
