Jars are really up in price!! Yikes. Glad I have enough.....been buying over the years and got almost 100 freebies this Spring! Mostly qt and reg mouth. Still -- free! 😁👍 My lids should be sufficient thru 2023. Bought, in case....

Ahhh..garden therapy!

I removed 2.5 gal milk from frig to make more cheese. Another gal to spin cream. Still have 4 gal in frig and 1 gal in freezer chilling!😲. Yes, there are days I ask myself "why?". Dehydrator finishing zucs. They say rain later. 🤷. Maybe so..would be ok. A customer wanted her milk next week, not this, due to company. She makes soap. I'll process milk vice sell. 😊. No biggie -- you move along.

Cream....you spin goat milk to separate the cream because it's naturally homogenized. Some will separate after a few days. Nothing like fresh cow milk. I have a machine to do this. I took a gallon out to warm to room temp. Doesn't work cold. Best is to do as soon as you come in from milking. Still warm.

Today...I'm still in shock!...DD took some milk to give her cats. Hoping she'll taste it!! 😊. Maybe DGD will, since it's there....it looks like milk, smells like, etc. 🤷 It's milk!!

I was taking her fresh eggs and ask if she wanted milk...this time, yes.🤞
