Tonight we had the other ribeye that I cooked yesterday. I found some garden green beans in the freezer from 2020. Oh man, they were good. Also had the left over crescent rolls from last night.

Almost forgot - sugar free jello and sugar free cool whip for dessert. Yay!

Mom voluntold me that we're having salmon patties today so i'm good with that. yay! go for it Mom! they're easy to make so it's no big deal, but they are also very good to eat (and making me drool since i've not had breakfast yet either )...

Today -- whatever it is will be baked! Heat in the house. Biscuits & sausage in there now. Cold here!

you're welcome! as it turned out Mom made a big lunch and didn't make them for dinner and today we're making onion soup but i'll believe that when i see it happening...

still no salmon patties, but several gallons of onion soup (4 gallons and 2 quarts later) so we'll be eating this until next Tuesday. it's really onion mushroom soup and garlic toast so it's stepped up a notch. what i'm glad for is that she asked me if she should put some garlic salt in it and i said no because the garlic bread usually has enough. good call it doesn't need it.

I thawed some steak - sirloin - from 2021. Small pieces that I had vac packed. Did them on the grill with lots of BBQ sauce. Delish!!
