Years ago we had an independent fast food restaurant fairly close to us. They served a dish they called "dip fries." OMG - they literally coated french fries in bread crumbs and fried 'em. Delicious - not healthy - but delicious.
When my kids were younger I'd cut eggplant into french fry shapes, bread 'em and bake 'em until crispy. Almost as good as the real thing but a lot healthier. They bought it every time, lol.

We've got cooler weather this coming week low 70s. I'm thinking roasts & veggies, baked potatoes -- all that kinda stuff!! Some cookies. Making me hungry.

pizza today, we take a small thin crust frozen cheese pizza and add extra onions, mushrooms and swiss cheese. it is enough to feed two to three people.
