Thank you.
Well it just started raining! The roos are now "inside too. I forgot the run only had a wire roof, and it didn't cross my mind till it started rainin.
Well, looks like I have a few inditions to build this week. The neighbor, from a mile down the road, just dropped off two roosters. I have them in a medium sized dog crate, outside the coop, but still inside the 6' x 12' x 7' h run, to integrate them into the family.
Looks as though i'm...
Thanks to Denin Deb, I now have 8 scovies. Anyone feel free to chime in, Please.
So, I got chick/duck starter, and small feeder and waterer. I plan on keeing the duckling in the xl cat carrier in with the 5 chicken hens. The chickens free range from sunup to sundown. Question is, how long...
The chicks free range, daytime, so I guess I should leave em penned up for a few days when introducing "new" birds? I'm also getting a roo or two, maybe more, from the neighbor, ten doors down, which is about a mile away.
Well, I had a dozen layers, but a Coon er Fox dun took 7. Now I lock up the 5 remaining at sundown, nightly. I guess I really need me sum guneas. I know the flies are looking at me for water, but daggummit, there's a 300 acre lake a quarter mile away.
Made you look. Just kidding, I have a problem. I'm getting eaten alive by strawberry flies, and i'm not growin any strawberries. Makes yard/garden work real uncomfortable. What to do?
So, they finally decided to put money in the bank, instead of a mattress. How sad, guess you have to be "big", to pay someone off. Why do we still elect morons, in the information age?
I always forget to use the search feature in the blue line, very useful tool.:thumbsup
Never be afraid to ask a question though, the worst one, is the one not asked. And btw, look at the ones with the fewest pages first
Well then, just tear it up with the tractor, remove clumps of grass, level off, remove excess. How long did it take to remove the bucket divot ?, dig in and flip dirt ?
