Holy Cow! Best game ever! Houston Texans just SLAYED the Kansas City Chiefs! They played in the Chiefs open air stadium with temps in the 20's and it just fired 'em up!!

Been stuck in a cold weather rut lately. Finally, temps are back to my level of tolerable, so I'll be back outside for projects today. Will probably start gathering materials for closing in the last portion of the goat shelter that I've been working on. I'm sure the two goats in that area...

! I haven't decided on holiday baking yet. It won't be much, just a few nibbles to take to our Christmas Eve gathering.

Last night was Tomato/Basil soup for me. Soup and grilled cheese for DH.

Awake at 4am. Gave up on more sleep and rolled out of bed around 5. Coffee doing its job.

Mid 40's at wake-up and supposed to stay in the 40's all day. Rain possible...ugh!

We do love our butts around here, and I've got pulled pork in the freezer. I thought about having some last night but settled for a piece of toast. I need to do some "big" cooking and make up some ready to heat and eat freezer meals.

Sipping the first cup. Wait - who am I kidding - the first cup goes down gulps! The second one is for sipping. ☕

Truth!

Repair is made - plumber is gone and so is my money! But I consider it money well spent because I watched closely and wouldn't be afraid to try it myself if it ever happens again. The cost of education, lol.

Already did all that but figured I'd turn off the water supply to totally stop it. Got a plumber on the way. Boo - $$$$$
