There's a group in VA who hunt & pay processor to cut & package. It is then donated to their food banks.

☝️ Agree the abuse is enough to anger us all... Many states are giving some funding to the major food bank distributors that supply the various smaller locations. I know LA and VA are funding a portion direct to EBT cards for their states SNAP recipients. It's a difficult situation for many.

Last night was shrimp in garlic butter. No sides, just a plate of shrimp. Another bag out of freezer! Thawing chicken for tonight, it'll morph into either pot pie or a pasta casserole. Thinking on that.
