That last picture shows just how big that orchard is 😳 What a beautiful thing. Variety & a lot of trees. Do you have hives yet? Another job! But if a neighbor has them, you're golden. :clap

A chunk of pork loin, braised, now roasting with onions, apples & sweet potatoes. Several meals there. Prep for the week....heavy job work. Also, couple meals of chicken/rice/peas, to heat up. Sandwich fixens for lunches is next up. 👍
