:) yes, such pretty colors and patterns. you can see so much more when you can hold them in your hand and look at them in the sun. some of them have layers of patterns and some transparency so there is depth to the colors - i didn't ever expect that when i first started out growing beans.

stormed last night and i slept through the worst of it (according to Mom) but did get woken up by the next round that came through about 5am which stirred up the windchimes enough to get them clanking. we have some pretty big ones so if i hear them i know it's blowing pretty good out there...

my knees are usuall ok, they don't normally hurt unless i do something stupid to them. my left-knee will start to hurt if i don't get exercise - which is an old left-over from a motorcycle wipeout. if i gradually ramp things up i can usually avoid too many troubles. :)

it was warm, actually warm outside! i went out and did a little weeding to get a jump on a few speedwells and grasses that were going to drop seeds or spread more before i would likely be able to get back to them so it was a good time to spend a half hour and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine...

i can't really say all i'd like about what is going on these days with the medical profession but what i can say is often it appears that they are piling on more tests just so they can send more paperwork to the insurance companies. hope you can get more things done that you want and can do...
