WZ, tell me about this symptom: After a carby meal or snack is ingested, 10-20 minutes later, overwhelming sleepiness results in a 'forced' nap of 10-20 minutes. I call it a 'sugar coma'.

Ladychf2k, I am planning on ordering Pomona through my coop in a couple of months. You can get a pound for $42.90. The wonderful thing about it, I've read, is that you don't have to use such an obscene amount of sugar in your jams and jellies. Saves money and makes a better tasting product!
