WOW! If I could get financing I'd be all over this. My DH has wanted to move to Maine for years but unfortunately I dont think I could get the financing right now. I'd have to sell my place first.

Emerald did you figure this out or was it in you dehydrator book? I only ask because Im trying my first batch this weekend and was going to use the crockpot method but my dehydrator would be perfect.

Oh Thank you for posting that. I'm gonna have DH make one for our daughter as part of her christmas present. She's been asking for a clothes rack all year. This is wonderful!
