A new journey into homesteading "pic heavy"

from start to when I finished packing the meat and got the kitchen cleaned up it took me 2 hours.

But just skinning and gutting, about 5 mins each.

the wife planted potatoes for me while I was at work. They are sitting on a think layer of aged manure from the chicken grow out pen and covered in 8 inches of unfinished compost. I think I might add worms to my raised beds this year to break that stuff down...


Anyway I also scored a load of wood chips! Good thing too because we were just about out.
