definitely a 70's soy baby - I was a preemie (born at 7 months, only weighed 3 lbs 13 oz), so I was on the EXPENSIVE soy formula ... Mama said her milk never did come in with me. With my sis (born one month early), her milk did come in, but a week after delivery, and she'd already been given the shot to dry her up. So she just keep bottle feeding.

Formula baby! I never latched and my mom didn't pump.

I lived my life as a vegan/vegetarian up until...last summer??

Adrenal fatigue...? I'd say so.

Ugh I know. I went off it, cold turkey. Then had a coffee turkey day and it was all over.

I'm working on weaning myself off caffeine. Started this once WannaBeFree mentioned cutting out caffeine really helped with anxiety issues. Currently mixing my coffee (one travel mug a day) grounds half regular/half decaf. Cut out a TON of Coca-cola; still haven't totally given it up, though, but it's no longer every day, and better yet, not 3 or 4 everyday.

I am still seeing steady improvements since starting the IsoCort.
Good energy all day.
Night time is still a pain. But even that has been in flux as well.
Subtle changes for sure!
And, my tummy is flattening out all on its own.
Not going anywhere near the scale though

I cut out caffeine yesterday. I usually just have a shot of espresso in the am. I started to gradually cut back as my raw milk supply dwindled. (I hate black coffee anything.)

I tried almond and coconut milk in it, not impressed. So no espresso it is.

I also called my 80 year old ma and thanked her for breastfeeding us all during the 50's, 60's, and 70's. She is a stick to your guns type of lady, thank goodness.
