Almost there! Amniotic sac is out..baby is in correct position, and felt big but I was only feeling with 2 fingers. Waiting for the hard contractions to start!
 
Now Aggie my dear, when you are at a stopping point (I know you are super busy right now), will you walk me through the steps you took before, during and after the birth of the lambs to be? :D
 
Twins! Buck and doe! I've already picked their names. The doe is Ides of March (Ida) and the buck is Et Tu Brute (Brutus). I'm so happy she actually kidded today. :lol:

I'm getting ready to upload pics...hopefully I'll stay awake enough to post them tonight!

Here they are! (oh yeah, they're kids :P)

BBH, it was pretty textbook. I noticed June had bagged up more when I fed this afternoon, and got the feeling she was going to be kidding soon (either tonight or tomorrow). I went out around 7 to bring her into the barn, and I noticed she had a good amount of discharge. Around 8:00 she had the amniotic bubble hanging out, but she didn't really push much until around 9. I felt with a finger or two to make sure the kid was in the right position, and I felt big hooves and a nose. She really started pushing good around 9:30, and after about 15 minutes I went ahead and helped her. I pulled the kid out past his head, and she did the rest. I cleaned him up and brought him inside, and she started cleaning up the fluids. Then I came back out and she pushed and I saw hooves. Then she pushed a few more times and out popped the doe kid! She had a much easier time with the doeling because she was smaller (and second). :D Then I gave June some warm molasses water and fed her hay and milked her out, then fed the babies (frozen colostrum, June is CAE positive). Now they're all resting comfortably. :D I'm going to go check on June again before bed. I can't wait until *I'm* resting comfortably. :lol:

Will June be sad w/o her babies? Reason I'm asking is b/c I have a very wild ewe (once used for sheep dog training) and I thought about just taking the lambs and bottle feeding them to tame them. Having a wild ewe is really hard. Now that Dolly is gone she is even more out of control. (She would follow sweet Dolly anywhere so which made her easier to catch.)
